1. Full Time Office Administrator

Are you computer literate, accurate and able to work under pressure to tight dead lines using your own initiative, while keeping a good sense of humour?  We need someone willing to deal with all general office duties. Administrator’s Duties

The Company may amend the required duties from time to time, and in addition to your normal duties you may from time to time be required to undertake additional duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

The list of duties below represents the general duties required of this position; however the list is not necessarily fully complete and is for information purposes.

Post

Incoming – sorting, distributing, opening and actioning as appropriate.
Outgoing – daily paperwork, ensuring all post is weighed accurately, ‘stamped’ and recorded.
Monthly   – reconciliation of charges.

Visitors
  • Meeting, greeting & making drinks
  • Clearing/tidying meeting room (including washing-up)
  • Assisting in the ‘Clear Office Environment’
Telephone

Answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages.

Mailshots

Assisting in the production and despatch of client newsletters and other mailshots as required.

Filing (Paper)

Accurate manual filing of client correspondence including returning archive files to archive.

Filing (Electronic)

Scan all client correspondence/records and accurately file electronic data on computer system.

Archive Retrieval

Ascertain location of archive files and retrieve them

Data Input

Manually enter information from existing customer paper files and information scanned.

General
  • Maintaining supply of external company literature.
  • Aid in the preparation for client meetings, printing reports, photocopying/scanning relevant information, obtaining valuations of client’s investments from various Companies mainly by phone.
  • Typing from audio tape and handwritten notes: - Letters, Meeting Reports and Memos.
  • Maintaining stationery cupboard (liasing with supplier’s for best price)
  • Generally assisting other members of staff as appropriate.

Character attributes which are important are, Accuracy and Attention to Detail, essential because of the financial nature of our business and the low tolerance our customers have for mistakes, a Methodical and Organised approach along with a Positive and Creative Attitude with a desire to go the ‘extra mile’.

The role will require ongoing progression in terms of the development of our office procedures and systems. Further career progression will be available with the addition of further financial planning knowledge.

Salary will be negotiable according to skills and experience. Benefits include 25 days annual paid holiday and pension scheme with employer contributions.



2. Financial Planners

WANTED FOR WEALTH MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS IN
MILTON KEYNES
 

As a result of a significant excess of high quality leads from our ongoing investment and IHT seminar program we urgently need Financial Planners to advise our highly targeted seminar attendees.

 

Candidates should be already AFPC qualified or willing to become qualified soon. A minimum of one AFPC exam should already have been passed.

 

Applicants should have experience of advising on investments, IHT, Trusts, and sophisticated pensions (including drawdown).

 

This is an excellent opportunity for Financial Planners who wish to be part of a rapidly growing and profitable business.
