Father of three Tony Byrne has lived in Olney and worked in the Milton Keynes area since 1987. Now a resident of Milton Keynes, he worked as an accountant from 1981 to 1990, when he formed his own financial services company to specialise in personal financial planning and tax planning for individuals. Tony is a Certified Financial Planner – the highest qualification in financial planning in the UK – and a Fellow of The Institute of Financial Planning. He is one of only 1,000 people in the UK today to hold this qualification.
Tony was Chairman of the Northern Home Counties branch of the Institute of Financial Planning for three years and Chairman of the North Bucks branch of The Federation of Small Businesses for two years. He writes a regular column for Money Marketing called Independent View.
